What Does The Feeling Of Pressure In The Head Indicate?

Hello. I am a 50 year old female and had an episode the other day in which I felt a lot of pressure in my head, a bit of lightheadedness, and a very strong heartbeat. My heartbeat wasn t any more rapid than usual. I had just gotten into a hot car. What could it be?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to anxiety but it can not be taken as granted and it need to be tested for systemic cause also and better to get done CT of brain and EKG too else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
