What Does The Finding Of A Small Amount Of Fill In The Left Fallopian Tube And Possible Tubal Spasm Mean For My Fertility?
10ml of saline and 10ml of ExEm foam inserted. Normal endometrial cavity. Small amount of fill was noted in the cornual aspect of the left fallopian tube only despite delayed evaluation. Whilst this may be due to tubal spasm, bilateral tubal occlusion cannot be excluded. Please could you let me know what this means regarding my fertility? Is ivf needed? Or laparoscopy?
