Experiencing Pain In Fallopian Tube

I have had two ectopic pregnancies in the past (I only have one tube due to one being removed from cyst and tumor). This last ectopic was in July. Before I could have an HSG procedure, I am pregnant again. About 3 1/2 weeks. My HCG level was 22.5 yesterday. That was day 26 of my cycle. I am having pain in my Fallopian tube- ovary area. It s a throbbing feeling. Is there any chance this could not be ectopic? I m so scared. My fourth failed pregnancy if so. My husband and I have gone through fertility (IUI) after he had a vasectomy reversal, which resulted in the first ectopic. The second ectopic was without fertility, as this one is as well.

Hello,
Welcome to HCM
I understand your concerns. Pain in the area of ovary and fallopian tube area is not always an ectopic. The best confirmation for this is ultrasound abdomen.

So. I would suggest you to undergo this investigation before coming to any conclusions. Consult your gynecologist as soon as possible.
Hopefully I have answered your query.
Thank you
