What Does The Follicular Report With No Dominant Follicle Mean?
Hello doctor,
in my follicular scan , the result is no dominant follicle, and many small immature cyst are seen. I cannot ovulate properly. But i dont have symptoms of PCOS, lik weight gain,acne, my harmone levels are normal,but still i cannot ovulate..........i dont knw my problem.....

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Absence of dominant follicle and presence of multiple small follicles is suggestive of polycystic ovarian disease.
However, these findings have to be correlated with clinical features and hormonal analysis.
In case, the hormonal levels are within normal limits, other causes of anovulatory cycles have to be determined.
