I had report of follicular study on 13th day of my periods...that report is history:infertility Uterus:retroverted.body and fundus measured: 51*47*37mm.normal in size and echotexture.no focal lesions.endometrium thickness measures 8.8mm Right ovary:29*23mm Left ovary:33*21mm Both ovaries are normal in size and echotexture.A partially ruptured and haemorrhagic follicle noted in the left ovary measuring 22*16mm. Mild free fluid noted in pouch of Douglas. Right ovary dominant follicles: D1-12*7mm D2-10*9mm Left ovary dominate follicles:8*8mm E.T:8*8mm POD:mild free fluid.. Sir/mam what is this meaning!!! Any problem to get pregnancy......plz.answer me.
I think the report is fine. You had one dominant follicle in the left ovary which has got ruptured. You can start taking progesterone tablet from now for 2 weeks. Do a urine pregnancy test after that. You can try like that for 3 to 6 cycles.

What Does The Follicular Study Report Suggest?
Hello, I think the report is fine. You had one dominant follicle in the left ovary which has got ruptured. You can start taking progesterone tablet from now for 2 weeks.
