What Does The Following CT Scan Report Indicate?

My CT henoidScan findings says minimal musosal thickening in both maxillary, sphenoid, ethmoid, and left frontal sinuses. Minimal air fluid is seen in the left maxillary sinus. The right frontal is clear. Minimal opacities are also seen in both ostiomeatal units. Both maxillary infundibulum are not widened.
Small polypoid soft tissue is seen within the posterior right nasal cavity, measuring 1.2 x 0.3 cm in AP and transverse dimentions.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is mucosal thickening seen in mentioned sinuses.
2.Air fluid level in the maxillary sinus is a feature of the infective features / abscess.
3.Minimal opacities in the ostiomeatal complex suggest - features of the infection / inflammation.
4.There is a polyp seen in the right nasal cavity - all this findings needs a contrast study to rule-out any growth.
5.A course of antibiotic will be helpful for the mucosal thickening / features of sinusitis.

Good luck.
