2.The dose of the CT abdomen with selection of kv and mA according to the patients body weight.
3.Scout is what taken as planning - it looks like a x-ray which will help to plan the area.
4.Also helps in gross evaluation of the pathology and its location - which can be further evaluated.
5. Helical CT is type of the CT and x-ray tube rotation while taking the scan.
