General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There is multiple lymph node enlargements is there in the abdomen. We have to rule out the possibility of metastasis( spread of cancer).

A biopsy is required to confirm the metastasis. You can also opt for a PET-CT to confirm the nature of the nodes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
