xxx estrogen positive infiltrating duct breast cancer w simple mastectomy on rt breast skin sparing w expander 8/3/15 on exemestane. persistant cough since 11/15; history of chronic broncitus. June CT showed 4 nodules in right lung not present in prior CTs w largest 11mm. my oncologist referred me to pulmonologist ruling out calcifications. Last week dye contrast CT. how determine if nodules malignant?
hi... as per your cincern about lung nodules ..after CT SCAN report you have to go for USG or CT guided FNAC or BIOPSY examination... it will perfectly tell about nodule whether bening or malignant or anything else. so these tests are must..for further management. take care
