Calcified granuloma is benign in nature and do not require any treatment. It could be due to calcified hematoma, infection like neurocysticercosis and tuberculoma, granulomatous in healing stage. Most likely Calcified granuloma is not related to your symptoms. Take symptomatic treatment for headache and anti tuberculosis treatment by consulting the your physician. Hope this may help you
