General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Though biopsy of the lesion is mandatory for confirmed pathology, looking to the size and postmenopausal age, removal of the uterus with hysterectomy is a best-recommended option ever for your case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
