General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

The CT findings suggest the presence of few minor ENT conditions, You don't need to worry regarding this as it can be managed effectively
Let me explain the findings in details.

(1)- Bilateral maxillary sinusitis:-
This nothing inflammation of you maxillary sinus(air filled cavities in your cheek bone). No need to worry as it can be managed effectively.
Consult an ENT specialist and get the following things done:
1.An examination of your oral cavity to look for caries teeth. If there any remove or RCT(root canal treatment) is mandatory.
2. A short course of antibiotics like amoxclav is needed for five to seven days,
3.You can take analgesics like ibuprofen for pain.
4.Nasal decongestants like xylometazoline and steam inhalation may be needed in case of blocked nostrils.
If the above method fails, you might require surgical intervention to remove the infected material from the sinus. Nowadays endoscopic method is preferred and it is a minor one done on an outpatient basis and you can leave the hospital on the same day.

(2)-Nasal septum deviation to left-
It is a condition in which your nasal septum (central portion of your nose) is deviated to left. It can cause recurrent attacks of rhinitis and and nasal block.
You can use nasal decongestants, steam inhalation and antihistamines for symptomatic relief. If no improvement is noted, surgical correction may be needed in rare cases.

Hope I have answered your query.
wishing you good health.

Regards,
Dr.Shinas Hussain
