What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

CT scan 3 months ago showed one ground glass opacity that in repeat CT scan thisweek had resolved itself. NOw a few more are seen that are fainter in appearance. i am symtom free. i did have anesthesia several weeks ago. Suggestion is from Radiologist that appears to be from infection or inflammation and to repeat scan in 6 mos. What do you think?

Yes, it seems to be due to some infective or inflammatory pathology like pneumonia.

In such case pus or fluid collected in alveoli and hazy appearance or consolidation present.
