General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Calcific nodules are non-specific finding and suggestive of old and healed lesion like old tuberculosis. These are not active disease process and thus generally no treatment is required.

You can consult a pulmonologist and plan for a follow-up CT to check whether the lesion increasing in size or number.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
