What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

I am 22 year male. My NCCT PNS shows, Polypoidal mucosal thickening is noted in bilateral maxillary antrum Bilateral osteomeatal complexes are patent Left frontal sinus is hypoplastic. Right frontal sinus is adequately penumatised Bilateral sphenoid and ethmoid sinuses appear normal Mild deviation of nasal septum to left side with bony spur to left side. Doctor has advised me surgery. Should I go for surgery or medication can be a solution. Please advise
