What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

My aunt report says that rt kidney 95x38mm no caliculi,no hydronephrosis .Lt kudney102x45 no caliculi no hydronephrosis a t present,blodder no vuj calculus seen Impression..PVR bill noted,cystitis noted Left renal mild increased echo texture noted,mild PCs separation noted..left renal acute pyelonephritis. This is report please suggest what problem it is and suggest treatment.

I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the ultrasound report you have mentioned.
Your aunt is having pyelonephritis and cystitis.
Pyelonephritis means infection of kidney.
Cystitis means infection of urinary bladder.
So consult urologist and get done Urinary microscopic examination and culture and sensitivity report.
Culture report will isolate the causative organism and sensitivity report will guide about effective antibiotic treatment.
She will need Intravenous antibiotics based on sensitivity report.
Usual course of antibiotics is 10-14 days.
