What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

On my CT after Bic. Fall result was, ex vacuo dilation of ventricular system, hypodensitties on deep white matter, and scattered periventricular, consistent with microangiopatic disease. And some vascular calcification present. I am 64y, what does these mean? Thanks

Hello

Findings may ischemic changes in brain.
These are due to small vessel involvement.
It is important to exclude diabetes mellitus,hypertension.
