I am a 33 years Boy. I am writing to you as it appeares in the CT SCAN CHEST REPORT. FINDINGS Moderate right Pleural effusion, thickened main interlobar fissure and mild ground glass opacity of the right lower lobe. Infectious etiology such as pneumonia is a possibility. No features of bronchiectasis. Bilateral renal calcific foci favoring micronephrolithiasis.
CT report says that you you have infection in your lower part of your right lung. pleural effusion is also due to this infection. you need proper antibiotic treatment to get rid of this infection. renal calcific foci represent tiny insignificant calculi, nothing to worry about.
