Hi,
It is difficult to come to a single confirmed diagnosis from the findings in your
CT scan report.
The liver changes are benign and a common finding.
Adrenal nodules need to be followed up closely for some time to know if there is any progressive growth. In most cases, it will stay the same but it is important to follow up.
The
kidney lesion is probably a cyst and if confirmed to be one then no treatment is needed.
The cyst in the ovary needs a follow-up and probably doing blood CA125 levels might help.
Atrophy of the
pancreas is not a concern.
For blood in stools, you might need a
colonoscopy investigation.
Blood in urine needs detailed testing.
In short, the conditions of the adrenals, ovary and the kidney can be independent or can be rarely associated with cancer.
Please discuss with your doctors.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
