What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

Hi, I receive my ct scan and it states THERE IS A CHRONIC DEFECT POSTERIOR ELEMENTS OF T11 VERTEBRA WITH SCLEROTIC MARGINS CONSISTENT WITH OCCULT SPINA BIFIDA. THERE IS MULTILEVEL MINIMAL MARGINAL SPURRING OF THE THORAIC VERTEBRA. THERE IS NO INTERVERTEBRAL DISC SPACE NARROWING. I m not understanding what it mean. Thanks in advance

welcome to hcm ...you have congenital defect in spine ..it was neural tube defect closed type thats why it did not manifested at birth ..besides this there are osteoarthritic changes in spine ..please take muscle relaxant as aceclofenic plus chlorzoxone ..and start sleeping on hard bed and adopt posture at sitting etc if you have problem of back pain ..
