I just had my very first very bad seizure and was told by the Emergency doctor after having a ct scan that I have mild generalized cerebral volume loss with a frontal lobe predominance in the right anterior temporal pole and there is a 10x14 mm hypodense structure which is incompletely characterized on the current examination but likely represents a prominent peri vascular space? I go to see a neurologist tomorrow and have no idea what to expect!!

The CT scan shows loss of brain parenchymal volume. This could be the cause of seizures. There is no treatment for brain volume loss. Medication needs to be continued for seizures.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
