What Does The Following CT Scan Report Suggest?

3/30/17 a ct scan showed a small ascending aortic aneurysm--9/1/17 a triple bypass was performed during which time the aneurysm was damaged?--11/28/17 another ct scan was taken which showed the aneurysm got bigger, and on 12/1/17 surgery to repair this aneurysm was performed--a massive stroke occurred probably during surgery and my wife died on 12/4/17

Ascending aorta aneurysms are dangerous and rupture of an aneurysm can lead to catastrophic hemorrhage or a thromboembolic phenomenon like a stroke.
