My husband just had a followup CT scan for pneumonia. That is clearing up but this test showed a ascending aortic aneurysm fusiform at 4.6cm. There was no dx of that on original CT. Im concerned as to why and this new dx. He is 60yo non smoker overweight and on HP meds but is controlled. Is 4.6cm need surgery? Sahart
