Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Pulmonary nodules are generally harmless and doesn't cause any significant problems. It is usually caused by old and healed infections including tuberculosis and NK treatment is required in most of the cases. You can do a followup scan after six months and I the size increases, consult a pulmonologist and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
