What Does The Following ECG Report Indicate?

ECG says minor inferior repolarization disturbance consider ischemia, LV overload or aspecific change. What does this mean? Do I need to see a cardiologist or is this normal. I m 30. P/PR is 112/136 ms QRS is 104 ms QT/QTc: 384/437ms P/QRS/T axis: 40/36/3 deg Heart rate 78 bpm

Hi,

Any way better consult a cardiologist. Before that, you do the basic examination of the Hb level. Due to low Hb level also LV overload chance is there. If lowered Hb first correct that then go for higher medications.
