Hello I am 32 year old male ,I m overweight and my ecg report reads like this Sinus rhythm normal ST elev -probably normal early repel pattern.......st elevation. Age Baseline wander in lead (s) v3.just wanted to know what it means and is it normal?
Your EKG report is normal. But there is doubt regarding St elevation. So possibility if ischemic heart disease could be there.
I suggest you investigate with tread mill testing and 2D echocardiography for further work up. It will help in rule out any ischemic change if present. I suggest you consult physician for examination.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
