General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, he needs to have an echocardiogram as the ECG is showing some changes which can be early signs of ischemic heart disease.

Or due to less blood supply to certain parts of heart especially at the frontal and left side of the heart so it's better to get cardiologist assessment as well for reassurance.

This can be non-specific or not significant if another workup is unremarkable but further work up seems necessary.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
