What Does The Following ECG Report Suggest?

I had an EKG done and I found this on my Ambulatory summary. Cardiac Risk he is low risk at 0.11%. however his ECG shows left axis deviation, with moderate intraventricular conduction delay, with rsr in V1 and v2. What is this? and do I have anything to worry about

There are slight changes in the ECG. Not that much to worry. Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated.
