Dear sir, l am 48yrs old and l have taken ECG and ECHO.ln echo left ventricular hypertrophy, trivial mitral regurgitation &trivial tricuspid regurgitation are seen. In ECG st elevation, probable normal early repol pattern are seen. I am taking newtel 20 tab for hypertension and aztolet 10 for cholesterol .ls this medication is enough for me? humbly request answer me sir.
The slight hypertrophy in your heart is probably because of hypertension so you are already on that treatment. If your BP is controlled nothing more is needed.
Rest of the minor changes on the echo is not worrisome. The ECG is also normal. So you are on right and optimum treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman,
