What Does The Following ECG Report Suggest?

Hi, my husband just did an ECG and the following is his result: Sinus rhythm, minor inferior repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia, LV overload or aspecific charge. ECG without significant abnormalities. He is 39 years old, 5 7 and weighs 250lbs. Your feedback is highly appreciated.

If patient is not having severe chest pain or other parameters , do not
