What Does The Following ECG Report Suggest?

Hi, I did ecg and my results are - hr=45 PR=220 QRSD=98 QT=496 QTcB=430 QTcF=451 P=73 QRS=64 T=39 My doctor looked at the ECG itself and he said that this is probably normal 1st degree av block because I am doing a lot of sports (running about 50km per week). I am a little bit concern because my father had a heart attack at the age of 43. I am 38yo now and I did also fe more tests about 2 years ago (such as stress eco and blood tests) - all were very good Thanks in advance

present ecg and past echocardiography means that you donot have cardiac disease at present .but you have strong family history
so please be careful about your bp ..sugar and lipid profile
avoid undue mental stress ..smoking ..alcohal
try meditation or any social service .
as a precaution you may need ecg every 6 months if you donot have symptoms as chest pain or heaviness after exertion or cold exposure or mental stress .
your father died at young age it means that you are at risk and need some cheerfulness .it does not mean that you will also have cardiac attack
if you have any further query then you can come back to hcm i will definitely help you and guide you appropriately
