Hi, can I ask what the following on an ecg indicts please: Vent frequency 64 SL/M PR-interval 108 ms QRS-duur 78 ms QT/Qtc 420/433 ms P-R-T assen 20 79 50 And a mention of an absence of delta waves. Without too much speculation, could this be indicative of potential for wolf parkinson white syndrome. Do any of these results, such as the pr-interval warrant more tests? Many thanks for your advice Lucy
It's better to upload the ECG tracing for better interpretation.
From the whatever is mentioned, there are no delta waves so no indication.
But, the ECG should be uploaded here or get review form local doctor. PR interval is borderline short and fine to have, and needs no action. So, further work up depending upon the ECG visual pattern.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
