What Does The Following ECG Report Suggest?

Hi doctor this is regarding my mother. She has done her ECG. The report shows Sinus tachycardia Consider pre excitation ( wpw type B ) Leftward axis Qrs (T) contour abnormality Consider anterolateral myocardial damage T abnormality in inferolateral leads. What does it means. Her age is 64yr. RR 556 ms P 114 ms PR 136 ms QRS 144 ms QT 364 ms QTC 492 ms Axis P 28 QRS - 13 T 146 HR 108/ min.

Hi,

ECG report is not always correct. We just concluded from history and examination findings. She is having sinus tachycardia with aberrant conduction also lead to WPW syndrome. Left axis deviations also caused by WPW syndrome or left ventricular hypertrophy.

Thank wave may abnormal many conditions like hypo or hyperkalemia or ischemia, etc. So, please consult your physician he will examine clinically then treat you accordingly.
