my 3 yr old daughter s FNAC report says NECROTISING GRANULOMATOUS LYMPHODENITIS COMPATIBLE WITH TUBERCULOUS AETIOLOGY and my ped prescribed her AKURIT-Z KID for 2 months and AKURTI-Kid for 7 months I started giving medicine from 3 days. but I feel that the lump is enlarging

Your report is suggestive of tubercular lymphdenitis. .The dosage schedule given for your baby is suggestive of probably of sputum negative tb. ...It is chronic inflammatory reaction to tuberculosis bacteria which give rise to in inflammed lymph nodes which causes swelling. ...It will take time to subside. ...Please don't stop medication in between and complete entire course of nine months as it may need to many complications
