What Does The Following HIV Test Report Suggest?

Hi Doctor, My risk 1. Unprotected Insertive fellatio by a commercial sex worker in a massage parlour. Day - 0 - May -7 2. Blood drawn for HIV test. Day – 21 ( 3 Weeks) - May -28 Tests done till now 1. HIV1 - PCR DNA – Not detected - Day 21 (3 Weeks) 28-May 2. HIV1 - PCR DNA – Negative – Day 56 (8 weeks) & Day 35 (5 Weeks from second risk) 4- July 3. HIV1 & 2 Antibody (ELISA) + HIV1 PCR DNA – Both Negative - Day 60 (8.5 weeks) & Day 39 (5.5 weeks from second risk) - 6-July 4. Western Blot for HIV1 & HIV2 – Negative – Day 84 (12 weeks) & Day 63 (9 weeks from second risk).- 30-July In western blot test: gp160, gp120, p66, p51, gp41, p39, p31, p24, p17 & HIV2 specific band - Absent Control band – Present Conclusion –Negative for HIV1 & HIV2. 5. HIV1 & 2 CMIA combo test - Negative - Day 112(16 weeks) & Day 91 (13 weeks from second risk) - 29 -Aug 6. HIV1 & 2 CMIA combo test - Negative - Day 147 (21 W / 4 M 21 D) & Day 126 (18 weeks / 4 M 3D from second risk) 01 -Oct. Are the above tests conclusive? What is the chance of getting HIV from Blood draw in Lab? Can you pls explain the technical reason?

your results say that you are not infected.
hiv testing is primarily done by ELISA which is a screening test, if it is negative for the first time it is repeated again after 6 weeks if it still comes negative usually most of the cases it will be negative but there is a chance to say in lay terms that infection in the body is not in a detectable stage what we called window period so we repeat ELISA again within 3 to 4 months period if it is still negative then it confirms no infection, if it comes as positive at this stage WESTERN BLOT TEST is done to confirm, if it is negative nothing to worry, if it turns out to be positive it confirms the infection.
if the initial ELISA is positive , then WESTERN BLOT test is done to confirm if it is positive then infected if negative no need to worry.
