What Does The Following HSG Report Indicate?

Hi Doctor, I ve did my HSG and the result as below: 1) The uterine cavity is well demonstrated and is normal. 2) Both the fallopian tubes are patent. The peritoneal spillage of contrast however is loculated in the para-fimbrial regions. These could be due to adhesions. Can you interpret this to me and may I know the percentage for me to conceive.

The report says that your uterus is normal and fallopian tubes are patent. But the fimbrial region may have adhesions. The fimbrial end of fallopian tube is responsible for the uptake of ovum released by the ovary.
I would recommend you to consult your obstretician along with the reports. It is very difficult to comment on percentage chance to conceive before looking into the degree of adhesions and whether they are present on both sides or not. Hope the above information helps you. Thanks.
