Hi , I recently did an HSG and the results indicated my endometrial cavity is normal in outline. The fallopian rubes opacify normally and are normal in course and calibre. However there is no peritoneal spillage bilaterally , likely indicative of tubal occlussion. What does this mean and can I have surgery to correct my blocked tubes.
