My HSG result shows preliminary film shows huge calcified soft tissue within the pelvis in keeping with calcified fibroid. The uterine cavity is outlined with contrast medium and it shows smooth margin. Both fallopian tubes are outlined with contrast medium and they show peritoneal spillage of contrast medium. Impression; Bilateral patent tubes. Please explain in details. Thank you Doc.
