Hello,

The HSG (hysterosalpingography) report shows a patent uterine cavity and absence of spillage of contrast media in the abdominal cavity shows blockage of both fallopian tubes.

Blockage of both fallopian tubes can cause a problem in fertilization and hence difficult conception.

For treatment, the cause of blockage of the fallopian tubes needs to be known and treatment can be planned thereafter.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
