General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic....

Here your sgpt and sgot are mildly elevated.... It is not elevated more than two times... So no need for much worry....

Still for elevated liver enzymes work up done with....
-USG abdomen to rule out fatty liver and gall stone
If alcohol habit than also it can be elevated..
If suspected than hbsag estimation and anti hcv estimation done .....

You have raised cholesterol and impaired glucose for which life style measures will be enough....
Take low fat diet and less sugar diet...
Regular exercise done...

If your serum vitamin b12 level 102 (which is not clear in history )than b12 injection might needed....

Take care

Advise :physician consultation for examination...
