Hi: my 24 yr old nephew overdosed on aspirin, Tylenol and Xanex on Sat. His ALT = 14,588 AST= 13,581 and his INR rose to 5.9. Can you explain what the ALT and AST normal range is? I found that the INR is clotting of blood slows the higher this number. Thank you for any incite.
