What Does The Following LFT Report Suggest?

I feel very small pain(not unbearable) in my lower left abdomen. Below is my LFT test report. Please suggest me, if there is any issue? I read your liver function tests report and this is ok, you need not worry. by the way liver is on right side of abdomen. Right hypochondriac region.
