Hello

Report suggests degenerative disc disease of cervical spine.
Degenerative changes occurs in spine due to aging and development of weakness in annulus fibrosis.

1.There are early marginal osteophytes in C5, C6 vertebra.Osteophytes are small bony protrusions and it is formed due to chronic stress on annulus fibrosis.

2. Desiccation(loss of water) noted in C2 to C6 intervertebral discs.

3.Minimal loss of cervical lordosis may be due to muscular spasm.

4.Mild tilt of cervical spine to the right is due to position.

Majority of the cases of degenerative spine disease are benefited by physiotherapy,so physiotherapy should be tried first.
Surgery should be the last option.

Pregabalin capsule can be prescribed after evaluation.

Treatment can be planned after consultation with neurologist.

Get well soon.
Take Care
