What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

Hello I have been having pain in my shoulder and neck (severe pain) for 5 months now. i had an MRI of my c-spine and shoulder, my dr said everything was ok, but the results said - mild reversal of normal lordotic curvature - hemangioma in the T2 vertebral body - at least 50% partial thickness interstitial tear of the supraspinatus tendon at insertion measuring 8x8 mm - minimal hyperintense signal in the distal clavical - patchy marrow signal consistent with red marrow reconversion - small concavity in the inferior central glenoid To me this doesnt seem ok, what does all of this mean?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest, there is straightening / loss of normal curve - seen in case of spinal abnormalities or muscle stiffness due to any painful conditions.
2.There are signal intensity changes seen in the supraspinatus which suggest there is a tear / strain in the specified tendon.
3.The possibilities could be post trauma, heavy weight lifting, infective / inflammation.
4.T2 vertebrae seen hyper intense - which is vascular lesion - does not need any intervention / treatment, monitor in the followup scans.
5.There are bone marrow changes noted in the specified bone - which are seen after a trauma, inflammatory changes.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
