What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

My husband just got these results on his MRI and I m wondering what this all means ....l4-l5 desiccation of the disc with moderate loss of height a circumferential disc bulge indents and flattens the calsac and produces moderate narrowing of the bilateral neural foramina. there is an annular tear at the posterior central margin of the disc a right laminotomy defect is present there is enhancing epidural fibrosis at the right paracentral region surrounding the descending portion of the right L5 nerve root.
