What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

Name : Rohit Age: 37 Male Height: 5 feet 10 inches Weight: 75 kg Problem: Left side body Weakness.                 BRAIN MRI No acute stage infract is noted on DWI. Few small areas of altered signal intensity are seen in both sides of centrum semiovale and bilateral fronto-parietal deep-periventricular white matter appearing hyperintense on T 2 and flair sequence- suggesting UBO s. Bilateral basal ganglia and both thalami appear normal. Ventricular system appears to be normal. No midline shift is seen. Corpus callosum is normal. Sella and parasellar regions do not reveal any significant abnormality. Cerebellum and brainstem are unremarkable.                MRI CERVICAL SPINE Reversal of cervical curvature is noted Early degenerative changes are seen in cervical spine. There is ventral ridging of thecal sac from C4-5 to C6-7 due to posterior osteophytic ridges and protruding discs. At c5-6 posterior osteophytic ridging and protruding disc causes mild compression over thecal sac and mild narrowing of both neural foraminas. Pre and paravertebral regions are normal. Cervical cord is normal. Craniovertebral junctions do not reveal any significant abnormality.
