What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

I had an MRI done about a year ago on my back. They also found a prominent septated cystic structure in the right adnexal with well thickening more laterally measuring maximally up to 5.3x5.3x6.2cm. There is also free fluid in the pelvis. What does this mean?

Thank you for asking on HCM. Based on this MRI report you have ovarial cyst, a sac-like structure in ovary, in the right side. It usually is without symptoms and doesn't require treatment.. When it is symptomatic, surgical removal is needed. All the best. Dr. ELTON
