What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

I was in a car accident three weeks ago got a concussion and banged up a bit, but they released me to day received a letter from hospital saying I had a collection of cronic fluid in my scalp soft tissues over laying the right frontoparietal calvarium.and also multiple right supraclavicular and superior mediastinal lymph nodes 14mm and 9mm in size. and bilateral groundglass opacities in the lung apices which could be related to pulmonary edema. I am a 54 year old woman who has never smoked what does this all mean?

You need to get a neurological and a pulmonologist opinion. You have problems in the brain and in your lungs and there are multiple small swellings in the lymph nodes of your body.
