What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

Hi..I broke my back twice, in the same place, in my lower back. Also my MRI showed that I had a severely compressed spinal cord in my neck due to a fall off a 300 foot cliff, (this is true, I survived with one other person, two of my friends didn t make it). My neurologist told me I better not even crack my neck, He was afraid of paralysis. It is painful, always, and causes migraines and total numbness. I take two doses of morphine sulfate, 15 mg, in the morning and at night, 30mg total per day. Is this enough because I still experience a lot of pain, almost unbearable.... Thank you, Marcia
