What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

Hi Doctor, My MRI results came back, results are below. Do I need to worry? Enhanced MRI Pelvis is reveals markedly bulky anteverted uterus measuring 13.1 x 9.6 x 11cm with thickened anterior wall suggests features of adenomyosis. Small anterior wall intramural fibroids noted. Nabothian cyst in cervix. Left overy is normal. Right ovary is not visualized. The uterus is anteverted and markedly bulky measuring 13.1 x 9.6 1 11cm. Thickened anterior uterine wall noted with specks of myometrial hyperintensities. Few small hypointense nodules noted in the anterior uterine wall measuring 0.7 to 1.6 cm. The endometrial canal is of normal thickness. Small hyperintence nabothian cyst noted in cervix. Left ovary is noted on the posterolateral aspect of uterus with hyperintense follicles. Right overy is not visualized. No adnexal mass lesion is seen. No fluid collection is identified in the pelvic cavity. Following IV gadolinium, no altered enhancement is seen in uterus and adnexa. The pelvic musculature shows normal intermdiate signal intensity. The skin lines and subcutaneous tissue is unremarkable. The visualized urinary bladder shows smooth walss of normal thickness with no intraluminal mass.
